When to use it
Let people request consultations, introductory calls or meetings you arrange personally. Collect contact details, the reason for meeting, a preferred day and time, and optional preparation notes.
Make it your own
- Use your appointment types. Replace the examples with your services.
- Give realistic time choices. Mention your time zone when needed.
- Explain confirmation. A request needs your reply; the form doesn’t reserve calendar slots.
Put the answers to work
Share the link after an enquiry or on your contact page. Check requests in Responses against your availability, then reply with a confirmed time or alternatives.
For enquiries that don’t need a meeting, use the contact form.
