By accessing or using whatayarn at https://whatayarn.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. About whatayarn
whatayarn is a software-as-a-service platform that lets podcasters create a shareable link so their audience can record or upload short audio messages, which are then transcribed and organised with AI-powered tools.
3. Purchases, Plans & Refunds
- When you subscribe to a paid plan, you receive a non-exclusive licence to access our web app and any downloadable assets we expressly provide.
- Ownership: You own any code or assets we let you download for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them.
- Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. Refund requests must be sent to the email in § 12.
4. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of audio you upload or record, but you grant whatayarn and the channel owner a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transcribe, analyse, and display the content within the platform.
- You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain unlawful, hateful, or defamatory material.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law;
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others;
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Use of any third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, whatayarn and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account and posted on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
