When to use it

Share this form on your wedding website or print its link as a QR code on your invitations. Guests can reply in a minute, and you get one list of names, meals and allergies for your caterer.

Make it your own

  • Match your menu. Replace the meal options with what your caterer is serving.
  • Add your RSVP date. Put the reply-by date in the intro.
  • Make it yours. Add a cover photo and change the colours under Customize to match your invitations.

Put the answers to work

Count accepted replies and meal choices in Responses, then export the list for your caterer and seating plan.
