When to use it
Use an NPS survey for a regular customer check-in or after people have had time to use your product. The 0–10 recommendation question gives you a score; the optional written answers explain what’s behind it.
Make it your own
- Name the experience. Replace “us” with your business or product name.
- Keep comparisons consistent. Use the same wording and ask customers at a similar point in their experience.
- Leave room for context. Keep the questions about reasons and improvements optional, along with the follow-up email.
Put the answers to work
