When to use it
Get the Northside Run Club tees sorted without a spreadsheet in the group chat. Four size quantities go on the first page. The second shows the total before asking for a name, email and optional order notes.
How it works
Each tee costs AUD 35 and is collected at the clubhouse. T-shirt count adds small, medium, large and extra-large quantities. Order total multiplies that count by 35.
Two medium tees and one large tee make three shirts for AUD 105. The total appears as a badge on both the review page and the thank-you page. Changing a quantity recalculates the count and total from the current answers.
The form asks for whole numbers from 0 to 20 per size. Number fields also accept fractions, and an all-zero request can be submitted. Review these requests before confirming stock and payment.
Make it your own
Change the club name, sizes, quantity limits and collection details. Update the formula and visible price together. For different product prices, multiply each quantity by its price before adding them. See calculated fields.
Test each size, a mixed order, zero quantities and the maximums. Go back and change a quantity, then check the review total and confirmation agree. The full form works on Free.
Put the answers to work
Use the quantities, Order total and contact details in Responses to confirm availability, payment and collection by email. This collects an order request; it does not reserve stock, take payment, calculate shipping or send an invoice.
