When to use it
Give potential clients a ballpark price for a site at Northbank Studio. The first page asks for design days, copywriting hours and extras. The second shows the estimate, a breakdown and optional contact fields. No email is needed to see or submit the estimate.
How it works
The example uses AUD throughout.
- Website setup costs AUD 1,000.
- Design and build costs AUD 600 per day, from 1 to 20 days.
- Copywriting costs AUD 100 per hour, from 0 to 40 hours.
- Analytics setup adds AUD 150.
- Booking widget setup adds AUD 300.
- Both extras add AUD 450.
Labour subtotal combines days and hours. Add-ons adds the selected extras, and Estimate adds setup, labour and extras. Inclusions supplies the scope summary for each extras choice.
One day with no copywriting or extras estimates AUD 1,600. One and a half days, a quarter-hour of copywriting and analytics estimates AUD 2,075. Maximum quantities with both extras estimate AUD 17,450.
The estimate appears as a badge on the review page and the ending. Labour, extras, setup and inclusions stay on separate review lines. Going back and removing an extra replaces the amount instead of adding another charge.
Make it your own
Change the studio name, rates, extras and quantity limits. Update the formulas, question descriptions and visible prices together in the Logic panel. See calculated fields and conditional logic.
Test minimums, maximums, fractional quantities and every extras choice. Change a quantity or remove an extra and check both totals. Fractional inputs are priced as entered without rounding to currency precision; confirm your rounding policy in the final quote. The calculator works on Free.
Put the answers to work
Read Estimate alongside scope notes in Responses. GST, hosting, domains, subscriptions and photography are extra. Confirm scope and final pricing before booking work. This form takes no payment and does not automatically email a quote.
For projects needing manual pricing, try the quote request form. To check service fit first, use the lead qualifier.
