When to use it
Give customers one place to suggest improvements, so ideas stop getting lost in support emails and chat threads. The form asks about the problem first, which is often more useful than the suggested solution.
Make it your own
- Link it from your product. Put it in your help menu or changelog so people find it when they hit a gap.
- Describe your product areas. Add a choice question for the area of the product if you have several.
- Promise a reply only if you’ll give one. The email field says you’ll tell people when it ships. Remove it if you won’t.
Put the answers to work
Review requests in Responses and add an AI column to group them by product area. Requests with the same problem behind them show you what to prioritise.
For broader opinions on your product, use the product feedback form.
