Start with their week
Good Pace Coaching asks what a new client wants to work towards and what training fits their routine. The choices cover strength, running and building a movement habit.
Strength clients see a question about their training space and equipment. Running clients describe their current running routine. Clients building a habit skip both. Hidden follow-ups are not required or kept with the submitted response.
Shape your first conversation
Replace the coaching name, goals and weekly time options with your own offering. Keep follow-ups relevant to the selected goal. If you change a goal option, update its Show when condition in the Logic panel too. See conditional logic.
Test all three goals, including changing a previous answer. This is a goals and routine intake, not a medical screening or exercise prescription.
Read before you meet
Read the answers before agreeing a plan. The form doesn’t assess health or decide what training is safe.
Arrange the first chat through your usual process. The form does not book a session. For a broader service intake, try the client intake form.
