Your send form appears after the listener has recorded or uploaded their audio. Open your page editor (opens in a new tab), find the form section, and select a field to edit it.
Built-in fields
The built-in fields collect the sender’s name, email, title, and message. You can make built-in fields required or optional on either plan. Read the settings on your page rather than assuming every field is required.
Requiring an email does not require a whatayarn account. A separate sign-in setting controls authentication.
Creator form controls
Creator can rename, hide, and reorder fields, as well as add custom fields. Built-in fields cannot be removed, but Creator can hide them. Use the field editor to set labels, choices, and whether an answer is required.
Choose the smallest form that supports your workflow. A show-format question or an episode reference may help you sort messages; unrelated questions make sending more work.

Prefilled fields
Creator’s prefill controls let you prepare links that carry field values. Test the complete generated link and check the resulting message. Do not put private information into a URL: links can be copied, shared, and stored in browser history.
Explain how you will use recordings
Use clear recording instructions and the page’s terms controls to explain what senders should expect. Creator can set a custom terms link. If you need an explicit answer about using a contribution, make the question clear and review that answer before publication.
Making a field optional is not a promise of anonymity. The form may collect other identifying details, and a person’s voice can identify them.
Check the confirmation step
Edit the confirmation heading and thank-you message in the final flow section. You can control whether listeners may send another message. Creator also supports redirecting after sending; test that destination as part of the complete flow.
Next action: Submit one test with the minimum required answers and another with every field filled in, then compare both in your inbox (opens in a new tab).
