whatayarn has two plans: Free and Creator. Both include unlimited forms and unlimited responses. Start on Free to build, publish and share a form, then read its answers. Creator adds branding controls, more storage and tools for managing responses.

Understand the limits
There is no limit on the number of forms or responses on either plan. Very heavy use over several months is covered by our fair use policy.

Storage is shared across recordings, response files and form images in your account. New uploads stop when your storage is full; existing files remain available. Delete responses with recordings or files you no longer need to make room, after downloading anything you want to keep.
A voice question can set a shorter recording limit than your plan’s maximum. Uploaded audio must fit that question’s duration and file-size allowance; check the limit shown beside the upload control. A file upload question can also set a smaller size limit and restrict file types. When multiple files are enabled, one question can accept up to ten files. See voice questions and form questions.
What both plans include
Both plans include all currently available question types: written answers, choices, ratings, scales, dates, times, rankings, matrices, signatures, voice and file uploads. Start from a template, choose colours and fonts, add a logo, cover and social links, and build pages and a thank-you screen. Use earlier answers in later questions.
Share with a link or QR code, customise its link preview, or embed your form on a website. Get email notifications, review and correct completed answers, download CSVs and view form stats. Pause submissions whenever you need to.
Save and finish later can let respondents return to saved written answers in the same browser. It is separate from Creator’s partial submissions.
Standard AI columns for Spam, Sentiment, Urgency and Needs reply are included on both plans. Existing Topic columns remain supported, but new columns use the current four choices. AI reads written answers, rather than recordings or file contents.
Free forms show a small whatayarn mark.

Choose when to upgrade
Upgrade when you need one of those controls or more room for recordings and files. Features labelled Coming soon, including larger file uploads and integrations, are not available yet; choose your plan based on what you can use today.
