Analytics (opens in a new tab) is a Creator feature. It helps you see how often your pages are opened and how many voice messages arrive, so you can compare invitations and follow up on weak points in the recording flow.
Choose the same page and period
Choose Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, This month, Last month, This year, or All time. For a specific window, choose Custom dates, select a start and end date in the calendar, then select Apply. Both selected dates are included.
Periods follow your local time zone. The selected dates and time zone stay in the URL when you change the range, so a shared link opens the same selection. If you have multiple pages, use the channel filter to inspect one or all of them. Keep the filters consistent when comparing results.
Read the headline numbers
| Metric | What it describes |
|---|---|
| Views | How many times your pages were opened. |
| Unique visitors | Distinct visitors in the report, rather than every repeat page view. |
| Messages | Voice messages people sent you. |
| Conversion rate | Messages divided by views for the period. |
| Avg duration | The average length of received voice messages. |
A visit is not a message. A message is not proof that it was useful or suitable for your show. Review the actual recordings alongside the numbers.

Follow the recording flow
The funnel shows activity through the sending process. If visits do not turn into recording starts, review your prompt and the work you are asking someone to do. If people start but do not finish, test the form, the recording limit, and the flow on a phone.
These are reasons to investigate, not proof of why a person stopped. You cannot infer an individual listener’s identity or motivation from aggregate activity.
Make one change at a time
A useful weekly review
Use the same page and time period for each comparison.
Read the prompt as someone seeing it for the first time.
Listen to the replies, not only the message count.
Change one part of the invitation and check again.
Avoid reading too much into a small number of visits. A single extra message can change a percentage substantially when the sample is small.
Next action: Open Analytics (opens in a new tab), select one page, and compare its views with messages. Test the public flow before deciding what to change.
