Open your page editor (opens in a new tab) and find the recording section. A useful setup tells listeners what to say, gives them enough time, and avoids unnecessary steps before they can record.
Recording length
Free recordings can be up to one minute. Creator lets you choose a per-page limit up to ten minutes. The chosen limit appears in the listener’s recording flow, and recording stops when it is reached.
For a short Q&A, you can keep the limit brief even on Creator. A longer allowance is an option, not a request for listeners to fill every second. Compare plans for the current limits.

Heading and welcome message
The recording section includes a Heading and Welcome message. These words explain what the listener should do before opening the microphone. Screen wording is available on both plans.

Example answer: Name the scene, then give one reason. Keep it under a minute.

Sign-in and sender details
A sign-in requirement and an email field are different settings. Sign-in asks the listener to authenticate. An email field asks them to provide a contact detail in your form.

Recording or uploading
Listeners can record in their browser or use the audio-upload option. Both paths lead to a review and send step. An upload is still validated by the app; it does not bypass the page’s audio limits.
