Open your page editor (opens in a new tab) and sign in. If you do not have a channel yet, the app creates one with a generated public URL and starting profile details. You can edit it before inviting listeners.
If you have more than one page, choose one in the page switcher at the top. whatayarn remembers that choice as you move between Page, Design, and Settings. The page filter in your inbox is separate.
1. Check your starting page
Your page starts with a gradient avatar, example wording, and placeholder social links. It uses your account name when available. Upload a photo or show logo and replace or remove anything that does not belong to you. A welcome message may already be in your inbox; use your own test message to check the complete flow.
Open Setup in the top bar to see the Make this page yours checklist. It helps you find the URL, name, profile photo, and sharing controls. You do not need to complete every item to receive a message.
You can share the generated address on Free. To choose your own address with Creator, follow Change your page URL before distributing your link.
2. Make it recognisable
Open your profile details and add your show name and a short introduction. For example:
Leave a question for Friday’s episode. One question, in under a minute, is plenty.
Use the Save control where one is shown. A preview can display an edit before it has been saved, so check the save status before leaving the editor.

3. Check the listener flow
Review your recording options and send form. Ask only for details you will use. Check whether sign-in is required and whether your prompt fits the recording limit.
4. Send a test
Open Share, copy your public link, and open it in a separate browser tab or on your phone. Record a short message, review it, complete the form, and send.
Open Messages (opens in a new tab) to confirm the recording arrived. Listen to it and check that the sender details match what you entered.
Before you share
Your name and profile image identify the page.
The prompt says what to record and how long to speak.
Placeholder social links are replaced or removed.
A real test message has reached your inbox.
Add another page later
Use the account menu’s Create new channel action when your plan has room. Each page has a different public URL; make sure you are editing and sharing the intended one. See Free vs Creator for account limits.
